This quartet, created in 2023, draws its inspiration from the Californian and Texan repertoire of the 30s and 40s, known as Western Swing. This little-known musical style from the swing family borrows as much from New York jazz as from Django Reinhardt and the Cowboy Songs of Texas. The band rearranges the classics of the genre and writes its own tunes to the sound of a string instrumentarium.
